Academy Policy Info
We understand learning to play the guitar can be challenging, especially when it comes to understanding the technical jargon. Our aim is to provide clear definitions of complex guitar terms to help you learn more effectively and efficiently. Payment Lesson payments can be done either weekly per lesson, or monthly up-front depending on the customers preference. If customer chooses weekly payments, then payments will be taken at the time of the scheduled lesson by teacher using preferred method payment on file. We want to make paying for lessons as simple and stress-free as possible, while also ensuring our instructors get compensated for their hard work.

Rescheduling and Cancellation In the event that a student cannot make a lesson, the student/parent would need to notify us of the absence at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancelations will be reviewed and handled accordingly depending on the circumstance. Multiple same day cancelations by reoccurring student will result in the student/parent paying for the lesson, and possibly a renegotiation of enrollment in our program. These circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If student/parent notifies us of cancelation at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no penalty and refund of the missed lesson will be reflected on your account if lesson was paid for in advance. There may be an instance where a lesson can be rescheduled for another time during the same week, but this is no guarantee and depends heavily on the teachers committed lesson schedule. In the event a reschedule is not possible, that lesson will then be cancelled and refunded to customers account. *ALL CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULES WILL BE HANDLED BY ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF. THEREFORE, PLEASE CONTACT HEAD OFFICE AND NOT THE INSTRUCTORS.
Credits and Makeups As of now, make-up lessons will be done on a case-by-case basis as many of our instructors have a very full and fixed lesson schedule. If there is availability for a make-up lesson to be done, we will notify student/parent in advance and schedule accordingly. There is no guarantee that make-up lessons can be done. In an event where we will not be able to give a make-up lesson, original scheduled lesson will be canceled and student/parent will be refunded the full cost of the lesson if paid for in advance.

Loyalty Program Our loyalty program is simple: for every dollar spent, you earn points that can be redeemed towards future purchases, and the best part is it's free to join!
Referral Program If a new student is referred to our program by an existing student, and they sign up for at least a month of lessons, we will give existing student 50% off one lesson for the upcoming month. THERE IS NO CAP/LIMIT FOR THIS PROGRAM. Refer 2 new students, who both sign up for at least a month of lessons, and receive a FREE lesson! Refer MORE and receive MORE.
